From 8 April 2020, all MOE schools will adopt full Home-Based Learning (HBL). To distribute system load and provide better user experience, please do follow the timetables sent by your child's Form Teacher.
Instructions on work to be done can be found in the link sent by your child's Form Teacher. Soft copies of any materials needed can also be found in the respective class Google Drive folders.
Should you or your child have any questions about the work assigned, do contact your child's Form Teacher or Subject Teachers directly for clarification.
Troubleshooting (SLS accounts)
Option 1: If your child has forgotten the password, and you have included your email address in your child’s SLS profile, you may click on the “Forgot Password” link. The new password will be emailed to you.
Option 2: Call the school’s helpline at 67788431 (between 8am-5pm) and inform the staff you would like to reset the password of your child’s SLS account. Please ready your child’s class and SLS ID for verification. You will be informed of the new password.
If you need to reset your password after 4pm, you may call the SLS Helpdesk at 67026513 (Monday to Friday, 4pm to 9pm and Saturday 9am to 9pm)
Call the school’s helpline at 67788431 (between 8am-5pm) and inform the staff your child’s SLS account has been locked. Please ready your child’s class and SLS ID for verification. Once verified, the account will be unlocked and you will be informed of the new password.
Microsoft Teams accounts
The account password will be reset to the original password provided by your teacher. Do try logging in again after a few hours.
Other technical issues or technical matters pertaining to the assignment
Call the school’s helpline at 67788431 (between 8am-5pm). Please ready your child’s class and SLS ID for verification. We will get back to the parent once the issue has been resolved.
