Reward & Recognition System
Character development is of utmost importance in Fairfield. The Reward and Recognition (R & R) system serves as a platform to encourage students to display the school core values. Students are given R&R stamps for displaying these values. These stamps can be exchanged for tokens such as bookmarks and collar pins when the child reaches a certain milestone.

Our five mascots for the school values.
Behavioural Outcomes for Each School Value
School Core Values | Behavioural Outcomes |
RESPECT |
You and I matter
I greet my teachers politely. I say "Please", "Thank You" and "Excuse Me". I listen to others when they speak. I am sensitive to other people's feelings. I sing the National Anthem and School Song with pride. I will respect my friend's belongings by not touching them without permission. I respect my authorities by obeying them. |
RESILIENCE |
Never give up
I persevere when I encounter challenges. I complete my work to the best of my ability. I say "I Will not give up!" and "Let's try again!" I will give thanks in all circumstances. I will set goals and work hard towards achieving them. I will attempt ALL questions and will not leave any blanks. I bring what is needed every day. |
INTEGRITY |
I do what is right even when no one is looking.
I honour my word by fulfilling what I agree to do. I am quick and courageous to admit my mistakes. I am genuine and sincere in what I say and do. I do what is right even when no one is looking. I honour my word by fulfilling what I agree to do. I tell the truth by giving accurate information. |
SERVING AND
GIVING |
Putting others before self.
I will help my teachers carry their bags and books. I offer my time and thanks. I serve my classmates with a smile. I offer a helping hand without being told to do so. I give of my time and talents cheerfully. |
